Our provider Candice Gallagher FNP-C is a board certified licensed family nurse practitioner who has been delivering high quality care to patients for over 10 years. For the past three years she has decided to pursue her passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals by opening her own telemedicine medically managed weight loss clinic. Candice draws inspiration from her own weight loss journey and understands the everyday challenges you face when attempting to meet your healthy weight goals. At CGNP Health you will receive compassionate and personalized care in a non judgmental atmosphere from the convenience of your own home thanks to our state of the art telemedicine platform. GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic/Wegovy (semaglutide) and Mounjaro/Zepbound (tirzepatide) are at the forefront of the weight loss industry and are helping people shed those stubborn extra pounds like no other medications before. These medications when used in combination with improved diet and lifestyle modification have been shown to not only help people meet their weight loss goals but also to reduce risk of development of major cardiovascular disease and diabetes. A Temporary Pause on New Patient Enrollment We are pleased to share that our provider has recently expanded her advanced practice credentials by completing her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification in addition to her existing Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification. This additional specialty allows her to expand her clinical expertise and further her vision of providing whole-person care that recognizes the important connection between physical health, mental health, and overall well-being. As she transitions into her new PMHNP role, she will be gaining additional clinical experience in psychiatric care while continuing to build upon her extensive experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. To allow adequate time for this professional transition and to ensure that our existing patients continue to receive the attentive, personalized care they deserve, we will temporarily pause acceptance of new patients for approximately the next two months. Our current patients will continue to receive ongoing care and support during this transition. We anticipate reopening our practice to new patient enrollment once this transition period is complete and will provide an update as soon as appointments become available. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust in our practice.
